iPhone LCD Removal
As a General note, Apple uses a contact cement in its assembly processes that has very good adhesion characteristic's, I find that once you can work your way under the piece you can cut away at the cement freeing the part from the adhesive.
Before attempting any repair be sure to ground yourself is an ESD (electro static discharge) strap. This will prevent static electricity from damaging the electronic components within the phone.

- This is important during installation.
If your replacing the Screen because of a cracked glass then you will need to remove all the remaining pieces of shattered glass from the phone body.
- Using a pry tool gently lift all remaining pieces of glass from the adhesive.
- Ensure all remaining pieces are removed
If you do not remove the new glass pieces the new screen could crack due to uneven pressure.
It is likely you will can reuse the adhesive that is on the phone. In the event you have scraped away all the adhesive I recommend using a Double-Sided-Sticky tape to adhere the glass to the phone.
