  4. Push down to create a gap between the glass and the plastic.

Use extreme caution when removing the glass from the frame! The HOME button is attached to the Plastic frame but can be damaged if it is lifted with the glass. The HOME button cable is very fragile and will tear if the home button is moved at all
  1. Now the bottom is free lift the glass up to free the top adhesive.
  2. If necessary use a pry tool to lift the top portion from the frame trimming away at the adhesive.
  3. Once removed discard the Broken Glass Screen.
  4. Rest the plastic frame on your work area and scrape away the glass fragments.
  5. Ensure the entire surface is free from any remaining glass fragments or residual adhesive.
